Refund Policy

Video and sound project work

Payment terms for video editing, cinematography, sound design, and other project work are agreed individually for each project. Your quote, agreement, or invoice sets out the deposit, payment schedule, and what happens if a project is cancelled.

Free sound designs

The sound designs offered on this site are free, so there is nothing to refund.

StemForge

StemForge, our stem separation app, now has its own site and its own refund policy. If you bought StemForge, see getstemforge.com/refunds.
